John Baird, MPP (Nepean-Carleton), and GRT member Bob Byrnes visited with members of the Ottawa Exodus Cricket Club to congratulate the club on receiving a $10,000, one-year OTF grant. The club has purchased new bats, helmets, chest protectors and gloves to make playing cricket more accessible to Barrhaven residents and enable them to focus on developing a youth program in 2006.
